Client Access Requests
Phoenix is not accepting password-based portal logins through the public website. Submit an access request for onboarding review and the client desk will confirm the approved secure channel.
No public password login is available until the secure portal is approved. Requests are routed to the onboarding desk and reviewed under AML/CFT, sanctions, suitability, and internal approval requirements.
