His extensive experience spans trade finance operations, correspondent banking, risk assessment, and client advisory within complex and regulated banking environments.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rayen has held senior roles with prominent international and regional banks, including Standard Chartered Bank in Oman and Emirates NBD in the United Arab Emirates, where he specialized in trade finance. In these positions, he was deeply involved in structuring trade finance solutions, managing documentary credits, guarantees, and cross-border transactions, while supporting corporate and institutional clients engaged in regional and international trade.
